An inside out pipe is a pipe that is worked on the inside instead of on the outside like a normal pipe. The disadvantage is that this is much harder to do than a standard pipe so they are a little more expensive but the advantage is that they change colors much more dramatically than normal pipes, making them well worth the cost.
