This large tobacco hookah converter is used to replace an existing breather with an additional hose or to replace a missing/damaged converter. Simply untread the breather, leaving the ball in place, and screw on the converter. You're now ready to insert your new grommet and hose. Colors and finishes may vary. Grommet and additional hose sold separately.
