Credit Cards  by 
To protect your identity and privacy we do not currently accept credit cards online but we do offer several options at checkout to pay by credit card. Please review them and select the method that best suits your needs. We accept Visa and MasterCard. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Pursuant to Visa & MasterCard's processing requirements, credit card orders can only be shipped to the billing address for that card for retail orders. Wholesale customers may make arrangements to have their orders shipping to an address other than the billing address once their account has been established. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.

Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks  by 
We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks and will send those accounts to collections if not paid promptly.

Order Acceptance Policy  by 
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. The National Tobacco Alliance Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

All items are intended for use with tobacco and other legal smoking herbs by persons of legal smoking age in their State.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason; particularly if we believe that the person intends to use our products for substances other than tobacco or in any illegal way.

Out-of-Stock Products  by 
All of the items that you see on the site should be in stock and ready to ship. Our site is designed to automatically remove items as they sell out but nothing and no one is perfect so if there is a discrepancy we will adjust your orders via the method that you choose when checking out.

We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and a password. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders, to provide OTP tax information, and to personalize your shopping experience. 

Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology. Our check out process is setup with 128 bit secure socket layer encryption. This means that the only way to access your order and credit card information is with a 128 character long series of letters and numbers that exists exclusively on our server. Since this 128 character series has an astronomical number of possible combinations of letters and numbers, it is absolutely inconceivable that anyone else could ever access your information.

To keep you informed about our latest offers, we allow customers to sign up for our newsletter when setting up an account or at any time via the "My Account" heading toward the top of our cart. If you sign up for this newsletter, we will notify you of current promotions, specials and new additions to the site. You may unsubscribe from our newsletter by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from us.

We use "cookies" to keep track of your current shopping session to personalize your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time. Please note the disabling or clearing our cookies will result in the contents of your shopping cart being empty the next time that you access our site.

Returns  by 
All sales are final unless an item is received with a manufacturing defect or damaged. In such a case, it must be reported to us within 3 business days of receipt of the shipment. You must retain the damaged item(s), box, and packaging materials until we say that you can dispose of them in case UPS wants to conduct an inspection. This is generally within 1 week of when we file the damage claim with UPS. Obviously, items that have been used will not be accepted as damaged under any circumstances.

Retail Customers: Once UPS approves the claim, we will replace the item(s) with the same model or issue a refund if the item(s) are not available.

Wholesale Customers: Once UPS approves the claim, we will issue a credit to your account with us and that credit will be deducted from your next order. In special instances, we can issue a refund instead but you will need to contact us via our online support ticket system to make arrangements for it.

What if my item(s) arrive damaged?
All damaged item(s) must be reported within 72 hours of receipt of the package. You must retain the damaged item(s), box, and packaging materials until we say that you can dispose of them in case UPS wants to conduct an inspection. This is generally within 1 week of when we file the damage claim with UPS. Obviously, items that have been used will not be accepted as damaged under any circumstances. Once UPS approves the claim, we will replace the item(s) or issue a refund if the item(s) are not available.

Shipping Policy  by 
As required by both Visa & Mastercard, retail orders that are paid by credit card can only be delivered to the billing address for that card. If you would like the order shipped to another address, please choose to mail in payment or to use Paypal when checking out.

All orders are shipped in plain cardboard boxes or recycled boxes from products unrelated to ours (coffee maker, speakers, etc). We try to recycle everything that we can; boxes, packing materials, and so on.

All orders will ship via the method that you choose during checkout and your in transit times will vary based on the method that you selected. Please note that the guaranteed in transit times below do not apply when shipments are delayed due to weather, disasters, acts of god, and/or acts of terrorism and that these in transit times are after the 1-3 business day in house processing time.
  • UPS Ground takes 1 to 5 business days depending on your distance from our warehouse in Kansas City. This is our recommended shipping method.
  • UPS 3 Day Select is guaranteed in 3 business days to MOST locations.
  • UPS 2nd Day is guaranteed in 2 business days to MOST locations.
Wholesale Customers, please note the following:
  • UPS makes three delivery attempts for COD packages. After the third attempt, the package is returned to us. You are still liable for all shipping charges if it is returned to us in addition to any restocking/repacking/cancellations fees as noted in the contract that you completed when you signed up for your wholesale account.
  • Please be aware that our shipping calculation system is designed for use with typical retail orders and cannot correctly calculate wholesale shipping because of the unpredictable weight & dimensions that result from typically larger wholesale orders. Your shipping charge will be based on the actual shipping calculated once your order is packed.

Taxes  by 
Sales Tax: We automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders delivered to addresses within the State of Missouri. For orders shipped to other states, the buyer is solely responsible for remitting all sales taxes or other taxes.

Other Tobacco Product (OTP) Tax: Most States have placed an Other Tobacco Products (OTP) tax on all tobacco items. This is separate from the State's cigarette tax and while it does vary from State to State, it generally includes pipe tobacco (include hookah), cigars, loose cigarette tobacco, cigarette papers, cigarette tubes, snuff, snus, e-liquids, and chew. We include the Missouri OTP tax in the listed retail price for our Missouri retail customers and will remit this tax to the State on your behalf. Retail customers in all other States are solely responsible for remitting their applicable State OTP taxes to their relevant taxing agencies. Wholesale customers in Missouri will have the 10% State OTP tax added to their order when it is invoiced in house and we will remit the tax to the State on your behalf. Please note that the tax will not appear on your estimated totals in the shopping cart or anywhere else on our site. This is simply beyond its capabilities.  Wholesale customers outside of Missouri are solely responsible for remitting their applicable OTP tax to their relevant State taxing agency.

Please do not take OTP taxes lightly. Both retail and wholesale customers are liable for them and you are required by law to pay them. They do want their tax revenue, do come after people for it, and when they do, they will include substantial fines.

Typographical Errors  by 
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price
